AC Instructions

Your apartment is equipped with a modern air conditioning system, with multiple indoor units and one central outdoor unit. To ensure smooth and energy-efficient operation, please follow the instructions below carefully:

Same Mode in All Rooms

To function properly, all indoor units must use the same mode:

  • Either: Cooling (COOL)
  • Or: Heating (HEAT)
  • Or: Fan only (FAN)

Never set different modes in different rooms.

Example: If "COOL" is selected in the living room, the other rooms must also be set to "COOL". Different settings will cause the system to malfunction or shut down automatically.

Keep Windows and Doors Closed

The system works efficiently only when windows and doors are closed. Open windows or doors cause energy loss, reduce cooling/heating performance, and can overload the system.

When Leaving the Apartment

If you're leaving the apartment for a longer time, please turn the AC off. This saves energy and protects the environment.

Using the Remotes

Each indoor unit has its own remote control.

Main functions:

  • MODE: Select the operating mode (COOL, HEAT, FAN)
  • TEMP /: Set the temperature
  • FAN SPEED: Choose fan speed (LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH)
  • ON/OFF: Turn the unit on or off

Only change the mode if all units are turned on – otherwise the system may not work properly.

Error Messages or Problems

If the system doesn’t respond or shows an error: Turn off all units, Wait one minute, Turn them back on – all in the same mode

If the issue continues, please contact us immediately.

Of course, you can always unlock your door from the outside with your key.

Nuki Smart Lock Go with Nuki Fob

Opening the Door with the Nuki Fob
How to use the Fob:

  • Press the Fob according to its configured action (e.g., once for smart unlocking).
  • The Smart Lock will unlock the door.
  • If your door has a knob or handle and the latch pull option is enabled, the door will open completely.

Entering the Property:

  • Open the door and step inside.
  • Make sure the door is fully closed behind you.

Locking the Door from the Inside with the Smart Lock

Manual locking:

  • Pull the door closed from the inside until it's completely shut.

Using the Smart Lock:

  • Press the button on the Smart Lock once to lock the door.
  • Alternatively, you can turn the knob or press the push-button to lock the door.

Forgot your key inside the apartment and locked yourself out? No problem! Just contact us by email or phone, and we’ll unlock the gate for you remotely using the remote control system.

Cleaning & Laundry

Laundry and Equipment
All necessary linens for your stay – including bed sheets, towels, dish towels, and bath mats – are already provided in your apartment and have been freshly prepared for you. If you need additional linen items during your stay or would like a mid-stay change, please feel free to contact us anytime – we’re happy to help. A drying rack is available either inside the apartment or on your balcony. A washing machine is also at your disposal.

Cleaning
Your apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. To respect your privacy, there is no automatic daily cleaning during your stay. Should you wish to have a mid-stay cleaning, just let us know – we’ll be happy to arrange it for you for a small fee.

Laundry Facilities
Your apartment is equipped with a fully functional washing machine, which you are free to use at any time. Please note that detergent is generally not provided and should be brought by guests. However, to get you started, we’ve provided a small complimentary amount of detergent as a welcome gift. If you have any questions about using the washing machine, just reach out – we’ll be glad to assist you.

Waste Disposal & Recycling
We kindly ask that you dispose of your waste regularly. The nearest public waste station is located about 50 meters toward Benitses and is easily reachable on foot. Waste separation according to Central European standards is not mandatory in Greece and is not widely practiced in daily life. However, we appreciate it if you avoid unnecessary packaging or collect lightweight packaging (such as plastic and cans) separately.
