Summer (April 1 – September 30):
During these times, please avoid: loud conversations or music, especially near open windows or on balconies, using loud devices like vacuum cleaners, washing machines, or hairdryers, playing music through speakers outside, hosting parties or loud gatherings on the terrace.
Use these hours as a peaceful break – maybe for reading, relaxing, or taking a stroll by the sea.
Thank you for being thoughtful – it helps create a relaxing atmosphere for everyone.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the balconies, terraces, and in the garden area – please use the ashtrays provided and do not leave cigarette butts on the ground or in the garden. We kindly ask you to be considerate of other guests and avoid disturbing them with smoke.
Please feel free to enjoy all outdoor spaces – including your balcony, the veranda, and the garden – with care and consideration for your own comfort, safety, and the well-being of other guests.
The entire property is shared among guests. To ensure everyone has a pleasant and safe stay, we kindly ask you to:
Keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours.
Music and conversations outside are welcome – but please be mindful not to disturb others.
Do not leave personal belongings or trash in the shared garden areas.
Children are welcome to play, but always under supervision and with respect for other guests.
Important: No Open Flames or Grilling
Grilling with charcoal, gas, or open flames is strictly prohibited on the entire property. This is not only for your safety and the protection of the building, but it is also a legal regulation – especially during the summer months on Corfu due to high fire risk.

Our apartments are reserved exclusively for the guests listed in the booking. Additional overnight guests are only allowed with prior approval from us and – if possible – may incur an extra charge. Daytime visitors are welcome within reasonable limits – please respect the quiet hours and the privacy of other guests. As is standard in vacation rentals: No loud parties, No overcrowding, No unregistered overnight stays. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
